The Haus of OH studio - coming 2025!
Oscar "Big O" Hernandez is an internationally acclaimed pro industry, NFL, and NBA choreographer and performer whose journey began with traditional Polynesian dance training from his grandmother, Olli Sio, in his early childhood. From his roots in California and Arizona's inner-city rec centers to becoming a high school cheerleader and WNBA recruit, Hernandez's talent has taken him to global stages, including appearances on America's Got Talent, The Ellen Show, and Dance Moms.
With over two decades of experience, Hernandez has established himself as "The King of Pro," choreographing viral performances for major sports franchises including the Raiders, Hawks, Trailblazers, Falcons, Warriors, Jazz, and Colts, among others. His portfolio extends beyond sports, featuring collaborations with music industry icons like Salt-n-Pepa, TLC, and Flo Rida. His dynamic, high-energy choreography style has made him a standout figure in both sports entertainment and professional dance.
Currently residing in Southern New Mexico with his husband Mateo and their two poodles, Hernandez continues to shape the future of dance through his role as Dance Teacher at Alma d'Arte Charter High School and as co-founder of "Haus of OH!", an inclusive dance community dedicated to nurturing diverse performing arts talent. His commitment to accessibility in dance has made him not just a celebrated choreographer, but also a transformative force in the dance education landscape.
